🍕 Ciao! I'm Fabio.
I'm an energetic and passionate Italian based in Dorset, with over 18 years of hospitality experience across Italy, Spain, and the UK .
For me, a pizza is not just a dish. It's an experience. Each one tells a story, blending flavour, technique, and emotion to create a moment people remember.
Drawing inspiration from the deep traditions of southern Italian pizza-making, the vibrancy of food culture, and the creativity of Britain, I craft pizzas that go far beyond the plate.
I'm excited to announce that soon, authentic artisan pizza — inspired by a beloved Calabrian family recipe from the south of Italy — will be coming to Pimperne, Dorset. Cooked from our home, each pizza is available for collection or delivered direct to your door.
From immersive pizza masterclasses to private celebrations and curated food events, I design experiences that bring people together around the thing I love most — an extraordinary pizza, made with soul.
